This has involved being the key account manager for 68 farms throughout Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda & Ethiopia. My responsibilities have included, commercial key account management, sales & business development in the East African region which has involved travelling extensively, visiting farms, interacting with the farm employees, managers & directors, selling flower varieties in all four countries & international travel to European countries interacting with end consumers. As the sales & account manager my responsibilities include local & international trade fairs & exhibitions where I am responsible for sourcing flowers, setting up & manning trade stalls & stands. I have been involved in numerous horticultural trade shows such as IFTEX, IFTF & NHF organizing & interacting with customers & business leaders within the floricultural industry. I keep a close & constant dialogue with local & international colleagues which ensures corporate values & standards are met in timely operations.
