Under my leadership iHLS has grown into a thriving and prosperous business networking hub in both Israeli and international HLS ecosystems. In 2014, iHLS founded the world’s first ever security accelerator. The security accelerator focuses on the advancement of dual-use technology and innovation startups through a development and maturation process. This one-time opportunity assists in marketplace penetration, exposure to integrators, investors, and defense industries. The program is now opening its 8th batch. Based on the success of the Security Accelerator program, in 2019 iHLS launched INNOFENSE, an Innovation Center in collaboration with the Israel Ministry of Defense. INNOFENSE will be opening its second batch this year. Since 2012, with my guidance the company has accelerated 70 successful startups. We help them to grow and evolve into self-sustaining and prosperous companies. We do this through helping to raise money and helping to close deals with large defense technology industries. This highly competitive program receives 60 applications per batch but only five to ten startups are accepted. My personal expertise lies in pinpointing the most relevant and cutting-edge technology startups, then creating purposeful connections with the security and defense industry ecosystem. I specialize in turning civilian and commercial companies into security-oriented ones. As well as having the capability to turn security-oriented companies into civilian and commercial ones. Now these Companies have dual-use technology and innovation ability. Our company has the knowledge, network, and experience to remove entrance barriers that are typically difficult to penetrate. Due to the unique obstacles in the HLS ecosystem such as a closed community, speaking its own language, and occasionally finding it difficult to accept innovation from external organizations. Numerous delegations from all over the world, representing private and government businesses and organizations, turn to our help relying on our assistance. We are there to represent and encourage them, detecting their specific needs and connecting them with the right technologies. HLS offers a unique and widespread database focusing on security technologies that have been accumulated and documented over the years from our elite conferences, exhibitions, and seminars as well as our professional news website.
