CurrentOperational and contractual management related to the maintenance and operation of the WMO building infrastructure and the efficient and effective provision of contractual common services as well as implementing, monitoring and evaluation of business functions.Overseeing the development of program plans and budgets, develop Contract Risk assessments and risk mitigation plans, including mitigation measures, coordinate and supervise the resolution of any disputes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, where these arise from poor performance or failure to meet contractual obligations.Establish key performance indicators to ensure the effective implementation of contracts.
