Recently awarded an M.A. with Distinction in the History of Britain in the First World War at the University of Wolverhampton (March 2023).Formerly Fellow in Management Practice at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, where he focused on the provision of leadership and management development programmes for professional services firms.Previously a corporate lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate finance advisory matters. Advised clients from a broad range of sectors and industry groups, including financial services, energy, natural resources, mining, food and beverage, infrastructure, private equity funds and sovereign wealth funds. Much of his transactional work was cross-border and multi-jurisdictional with particular experience of emerging markets having spent seven years practising in Asia. Advisory experience included counselling listed companies on a range of compliance and corporate governance issues.
