Guys career as an estate agent stems fifteen years, beginning after leaving school and shortly joining a national agent as a negotiator in his home town of Helston, Cornwall. Guy was soon promoted to the position of Branch Manager making him the youngest manager in the company’s history. Since then Guy has seen success as a manager in Henleaze, Portishead and Clifton in Bristol and following a two year relocation back to Cornwall, Penzance. During his recent time in Penzance and despite facing a recession, Guy took the branch forward making it the most profitable office in the company's Devon and Cornwall region.In 2010 he and his business partner Richard Goodman, decided to open an independent agency, Goodman & Lilley.
