I was late to realize that my true passion and talent lie in media production. When I was younger, I've always had a quirk for creating videos for entertainment. From an early age, I taught myself the basics of filmmaking and editing. Yet I chose to continue in Engineering at the University of South Carolina.After a few semesters of Mechanical Engineering, I decided to switch my major to Media Arts to pursue my passion in the film industry. Throughout my time at USC, I've created multiple short films. In addition to this, I also acted in several as well. One of the short films created, The Anniversary, was submitted to the 2023 1080C Production Film Festival and was awarded with honorable mention.To learn more about my passion, I interned at a local media production company, Genesis Studios. Here, I was able to learn and understand more about mastering the camera, editing, color grading, and more. Genesis Studios allowed me to excel in my studies in the industry. Other than creating entertaining stories, I also like to act in these stories. Over the summer of 2023, I was given the opportunity to play a lead role in a TV series called "Born Again: The Series". From this, I have learned more about the film industry and acting in a professional setting.
