Creates and maintains the organizational change management plan· Works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees, increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes· Provides direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions· Supports project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans· Works with the communication team to supports the design, development, delivery of communications· Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders· Works with the training team to provide input, document requirements, and support in the design and delivery of change management training programs, and may participate in the training of end users· Identifies and analyzes human and organizational risk and prepares risk mitigation plans/tactics· Creates actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan (creates and maintains the OCM plan), sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan· Supports organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities· Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress
