Working knowledge, as well as conceptual understanding, of security operational standards and program standards for state and federal contracts. Adherence to rigorous safety, quality accreditation, and contractual standards for four state and three federal contracts. Management experience in crew leadership, project scheduling, project costing, and request for proposals. Successful implementation of college programs for staff as well as inmates at the CCA Florence Correctional Center. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with management and function within a fast-paced team environment. Computer literate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
