• Provide the leadership for managing the provision of integrated, value-added, specialized management consulting services to support the program requirements within the federal public service, other levels of government within Canada, and to foreign governments and international agencies. • Provide strategic and operational advice to senior officials clients within the federal public service, other levels of government within Canada, and to foreign governments and international agencies.• Establish and managed multidisciplinary teams of internal and private sector resources to achieve quality, on-time, and on-budget objectives through ensuring the application of accepted project management, quality assurance and risk management procedures on projects.• Establish measures to achieve business and financial objectives, consistent with the Government Consulting Services and GISB business plans and objectives; providing market intelligence to support product development initiatives and undertaking direct liaison with clients within areas of responsibility; and providing advice, solutions management, briefings and reports to senior management and clients.
