Finishing Plant Manager

We use the latest textbooks and techniques to teach all subjects to prepare our students for entry into the workforce. I established work regualtions, safety plans, employee training plans, Helped in the restructuring of the administrative duties, trained the staff in the accounting software and other software we selected, trained the employees in OSHA, DOT, FEMA and other regulations as needed. Restructured the production processes to make them more functional and efficient, Restructured the plant and other buildings to make work flow and production more efficient.

We also operated computer and software training programs on a number of DOS, Windows and Unix based software packages. We where also involved in database design and implementation for our customers,
