I coach A2 music students in preparation for their Music performance exams. Responsibilities involve helping to choose repertoire, coaching and teaching the repertoire and accompanying for performances and exams. In my time in this role there is almost no mainstream instrument that I have not taught. I also accompany college ensembles in their termly concerts

I work primarily as a solo pianist and an art song collaborator both nationally and internationally.I also offer services as a solo recitalist, concerto soloist, chamber music collaborator, art song collaborator, répétiteur, musical director, vocal coach, piano tutor, composer and arranger.

As Musical Director of Rogue Opera I am responsible for:- Rehearsing and Conducting all our performances which range from concerts with a hand-full of soloists up to eight-part reductions of full scale operas. - Consulting the company director on appropriate repertoire for each project and client.- Arrange and obtain repertoire where required.- To Assist the company director in other directorial, staging or administrative duties as required.Rogue Opera is a versatile company which puts on unique modernised full-scale productions with an emphasis on unusual and unexpected venues for world-class operatic experiences. Our focus is on creating experiences which give a first time opera consumer the most authentic and yet accessible taste of a genre of music that has often suffered from a lack of attention to these qualities.I have been in charge of the music at Rogue Opera since 2018 and have since enjoyed seeing the company grow both in terms of its productivity and capacity but also in terms of the size, scale and ambition of the music that we offer our clients and audiences. Personal highlights include:- Productions, Galas and recitals in top theatres across the country including the Garsington Opera Stage.- Regular clientele in unusual and unexpected venues such as Gardens, Pubs, Churches, a natural burial ground, car parks and countless community spaces.- Developing and nurturing a roster of over 50 individual singers whose experience extends to most major opera houses in the UK and Europe.
