I have been in the hospitality industry since 1994 when I came to Australia as a backpacker. This is where I developed my love for food and coffee and that passion led to me owning a café, restaurant and a micro roastery for over 15 years in the world heritage Blue Mountains. I love how this industry is always innovating new methods for coffee from the farmers, roasters and to the Baristas. You never stop learning in this business and that’s what makes it so exciting.
