As the Resident Director (RD) of the program, I was responsible for screening, interviewing, and selecting students for the program. Students resided with the RD at the "Roby House." The RD oversaw the daily operations of the house, and was responsible for the physical, emotional, and academic development of all the students from the time of admission until graduation. The RD worked with a Board of Directors and volunteer committees that administered the program. The RD maintained all program records as required by the Board, including all reports to National ABC. The RD managed an annual operating budget of approximately $250,000, all coming from private contributions and fund raising projects. -
