I have over 20 years experience as a Project Manager/Project Engineer, becoming highly skilled in all aspects of Project Management including budgeting, scheduling, planning, purchasing, cost control, design, & construction. My experience is extensive and varied with work in the polycrystalline silicon, fluorocarbon, sulfuric acid, and refinery industries. Several other projects have given me good knowledge of solids handling, robotics, and packaging operations in the food-grade industry. Work in the R&D departments of various companies during my early career has given me an excellent technical background. I have participated as Project Manager/Project Engineer in multiple projects ranging in size from $10K pipeline to a $600MM Polypropylene facility.I am currently leading Detailed Design effort for a $200MM Refinery Expansion Project.

Project Manager for multiple small projects in the Sulfuric Acid, Hazardous Waste, and Artificial Vanilla industries. As a Small Projects manager, I was responsible for generating my own scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and expediting systems. I was also responsible for in-house engineering and Construction Management.

Process Design Lead for development of new fluorocarbon replacement material. This included design and operation of a pilot plant which lead to construction and startup of worlds largest HCFC-141b plant in 9 months. Also self-taught myself DCS programming to allow for safe control and operation of the new unit.

Research & Development Engineer for optimization of Ultra High Purity Polycrystalline Silicon manufacturing facility. This involved using Excel worksheets to create models of the entire facility as well as individual units.
