Prepared monthly sales reports, managed marketing, planned and held showroom events for ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).

Managed showroom for manufacturer of unique gemstone slabs, consisting of semiprecious stones such as quartz, jade, and petrified wood. Trained and mentored employees. Developed sales leads through website and established new business channels through mass e-mail marketing. Attended designer events for ASID, NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association), IFDA (International Furnishings and Design Association), and Designer’s Circle. Attended and hosted ASID board meetings. Managed custom projects throughout the United States and internationally to include Dubai and Azerbaijan.

Managed high-end oriental rug and home furnishings gallery. Designed and maintained 7 galleries. Opened and designed three 30,000 sq. ft. galleries. Hired, trained, and mentored employees and conducted performance reviews. Managed delivery schedules and oversaw showroom cleanliness and maintenance. Closed sales and managed other showrooms to resolve operational issues.
