I am currently a Senior Executive with over 27 years of experience in the electrical utility industry and over 15 years of experience in expanded leadership roles. I have helped multiple organizations achieve their vision, values, goals, and strategic objectives. I have demonstrated strong leadership while working for a variety of organizations including rural electric cooperatives, a generation and transmission organization, an investor-owned utility, and currently one of the largest public power companies in the US. I am passionate about leadership, leveraging new technology, safety, community, and continually improving business through high employee morale, the recognition of individuals strengths amongst diverse team members and utilizing these strengths to help organizations meet clearly defined goals. I believe that strong leadership development, employee empowerment, and communication, at all levels in an organization, will lead directly to the success of an organization.
