Current• Developed an AI Operating Model System implementation framework for businesses based on an innovation management system leveraging Lean Agile Flow principles, Process Automation, and AI/ML technologies. Manufacturing AI/ML models include demand and financial forecasting, quality control, predictive maintenance, production and supply chain planning.• Developed robotic process automation RPA flows which streamlined and optimized processes increasing productivity, throughput, while reducing costs and errors. The RPA flows automated repetitive tasks, measured and reported process metrics, and sent reminders to personnel on overdue tasks. The low-code RPA flows were rapidly developed and provided a high ROI across processes in Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, Plan To Produce, Financial Close To Report, and Sales and Operations Planning.• Designed and developed a Recurrent Neural Network LSTM AI model to forecast product demand based on macroeconomic, market, product sales, and company attribute data increasing revenue capture and reducing supply chain costs.• Developed an IOT sensor and LSTM AI model system to gather AC motor current data and predict the likelihood of common motor system failures reducing unscheduled production downtime.
