I am an accomplished Senior L&D professional with proven ability to transform business operations via People Management & Development Strategies and L&D Operations excellence and I have a talent for driving system and process automation / optimisation to realise efficiencies, high standards, accuracy, and robust governance. I possess a wide range of academic and vocational qualifications and I am technically competent, having achieved Chartered CIPD and a Fellowship in CMI alongside Board Certification in Behaviour Analysis (the Science of Learning). I am an experienced Consultant, having my own part-time business – The Behaviour Tank. My current full-time role is Regional Learning & Development Specialist where I have designed, developed, and delivered a wide range of bespoke and effective training programs for circa 650 staff across Ireland and the UK. Some of my highlights are designing and delivering the organisational-wide Leadership & Management Program and the Healthy Workplaces Program and leading on the research, development, and implementation of the Group Supervision Framework. I am also extremely proud of being requested to deliver a training solution for strategic planning for Norwegian, Icelandic & Faroese Senior Leaders, during their Annual Territory Senior Leadership Conference in Oslo and delivering a training package to increase rapport-building skills between staff and clients, reducing in-class time and effort and demonstrative success with 80% retention 14 weeks after training – also presenting this work at the Psychological Society of Ireland’s Division of Behaviour Analysis Conference, Trinity College, Dublin. Another proud moment was having my article on Resilience published in the Organisational Behaviour Management Newsletter on Oct 17.I have a genuine interest in people, their development and wellbeing, and the positive impact on organisational culture and success.
