Through Out The Sunbelt

I founded Florida Hi-LIft in Tampa Fl in 1981. Florida Hi-Lift was an aerial work platform specialist. Partnering with Vibroplant PLC (Now V Plant) in 1983 we expanded into 24 locations throughout the Sunbelt. This growth was from both greenfield branch startups and acquisitions. In the mid to late 80's our name became America Hi-Lift and grew to be one of the largest aerial work platform and tele-handler rental and sales operations in the world. It was later purchased by Prime/ RSC Rentals which is now part of United Rentals.
