Responsible for the financial and operational aspect of seven units in the Orange County and Arizona areas. Revenues exceed $20 million annually. Duties include interviewing, hiring, training, succession planning and development of all 32 unit managers and 500 employees. Specialized in the development of food and beverage costs control, guest service and proper staffing, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, facility maintenance and local store marketing. Created yearly guest service initiatives and monthly manager development follow up. Work collaboratively with the food and beverage department and corporate teams.

Development of guest service strategy for 24 restaurants in Orange County, N. California, Nevada and Arizona. Provided value and guest satisfaction through employee training, management development and the analysis of detailed guest feedback. Re-engineered the company Customer Service Philosophy and training methods. Created and taught Guest Service classes for MIT Training Class Week.

Responsible for hiring managers for the 5 core markets. Achieved company recruiting goals and kept retention rate within the company standards. Restructure the company interview process, identifying candidate competencies, and reduced training attrition by 5%. Coordinated and facilitated strategic planning with Human Resource Director.

Trained over 30 managers and 2 Regional Food and Beverage Managers. Was responsible for rolling out and creating action plans for new Food & Beverage rollouts and testing information. The 4 years at Fountain Valley I exceeded the forecasted budget and hit EBITDA flow through.
