Daisy Group First Line Support/Request fulfilment - October 2017 - Present dateMy current role is with the Atos Service Desk which provides IT solutions to many clients focused on the nuclear industry covering the Shared Services Alliance.This position includes working with customers troubleshooting, system monitoring, and incident resolution. Extensive quality control measures are applied to all parts of my role. This requires me to be highly self-motivated with a vigorous eye for details to ensure that customer and business expectations are met. I have been involved with the successful transition of many new services into my team and department.As a team with my input, we are now the most productive team on the Service Desk. Our efforts have decreased the number of Service Desk SLA failures and we achieve a 99 – 100% SLA target month to month. This can be attributed to our progression and transitioning tasks we now complete end to end, removing outside failures and increasing productivity.My daily duties include: • Project integration of outside services into BAU• Knowledge of Active Directory, SAP, Microsoft Office, Exchange 2007, RSA, Blackberries, printers, Becrypt, in-house applications, SCCM deployed applications, Lotus Notes, ticket managers SDM12 and Service Now and ITIL / SIAM principles• Supporting a varied number of requests using analytical troubleshooting to identify and resolve the issue quickly, with as little interference to the customer• Dealing with regular customer queries and mailbox monitoring• Answering on-the-spot queries using my own knowledge and external research• Engaging with Team Leaders and the Quality Team, ensuring standards and quality of tickets and agents practices
