Supporting French clients in IT M&A operations with the power of digatus IT Group:• IT Carve-in or Carve-out definition and/or monitoring: assist the seller or the buyer to make sure that Day 1, then Day 2 will be a success and that the TSA is well adapted. Usually, the two others offerings are heavily used to tackle the complexity and the very strong time constraints of those PMI projects (IT cannot delay the deal); - I led several such programs: Accor (applications transition from Accor FRS to Atos India), Airbus DS (complete IT carve-Out of a division), AxéReal-Boortmalt (complete IT carve-In of Cargill malt activities – 1 B€ turn-over, 16 plants over 4 continents), EDF DSIT SIMBA project and still a contributor to InVivo Group IT integration of United Malt Group (UMG) • IT Strategy & IT Governance: assist a company (or part of) defining its IT “TO BE” situation (the target) as well as the roadmap to reach that target (projects, resources, timeline). - I led more than 50 IT Master Plan ranging from 20 to 500 man*days and lasting from 3 weeks to 6 months: KPMG, Fiducial, OPT Nouvelle Calédonie, AREVA, Katco (Kazakhstan), Orano, Baccarat, EDF renouvelables, Engie, RATP, French Ministry of Finance, Defense & Health, Culture, DGA, IER, Messier Bugatti, AVRt (Hongrie)…

Two main achievements:- Strong involvement with Atos in the EDF SIMBA project to integrate Arrabelle power turbines (GE Power) focusing on the transition of the Business applications (almost everything except Finance and HR applications); first EDF off-shore IT project with Atos ressources from India 3 months); - Integration project manager for InVivo Group / Malteries Soufflet for the IT Carve-In of United Malt Group (UMG - Australian-American group); Management of 16 streams, management of D1, definition and monitoring of D100 plan, definition of D300 plan (10 months).
