I use my unique blend of communication and technical skills to make complex technology and processes easier to understand, while simultaneously striving to make those complex systems simple.I've spend most of my career in technical work, from technical writing and training, to help desk type technical support. I've spent the last 3 years working in a FDA regulated medical system manufacturing environment. I started out testing and repairing ultrasound systems, and now ensure our document control practices meet FDA standards. I have also completed several projects that have helped save over $525,000.I have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office in general and Microsoft Excel in specific.I have basic working knowledge of many programming and web development languages: HMTL, CSS, XML, C++, Python,Specialties: statistical analysis, six sigma, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, inventory management, Microsoft Office, networking, process engineering, technical writing, visual basic for applications,
