I work as a connections sales consultant in the mobile department. I provide assistance regarding carrier rate plans, connected home devices, phone sales and troubleshooting. I am trained to work in other departments though, and will happily help out anywhere, from customer service to computers.

My responsibilities included unloading product trucks and putting merchandise onto the floor. I am also in charge of organizing the warehouse and keeping it up to standards; as well as, receiving store shipments, sending off product returns, service orders, home deliveries, and handling the recycling the store accumulates. My biggest daily responsibilities include processing and receiving customer orders from the online and in-store order system, and finally to help load large products into peoples vehicles if they are unable.

I worked in the front lanes as a cashier. My duties were the replenishment of food and beverage containers in the front of the store. My main job was to work the cash register, which means I processed the sales of whatever product the customer brought up.
