In charge of a team of 14 Dish field installers. Primary goals are to motivate and coach my team for each individual to reach their full potential. I spend 90% of my time in the field on job sites to make sure we are giving our customers an excellent experience as well as completing our installs correctly.

In charge of daily operations of facility that is equipped with a fleet of 23 vans, 30 technicians and 3 Field Service Managers.

I spent nine years at Stanley Steemer. I started as a technician than worked my way up to a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager I was in charge of a staff of roughly 30-40 technicians at a time and a fleet of 20 service vans. I was in charge of the day to day operations, sales, keeping P&L in line and training. From there I moved to a corporate position which was the Branch Operations Support Staff. I traveled all over the country preforming audits on corporate branches, as well as training managers and technicians. Some other duties were assisting with franchise set up or corporate take overs. Also traveled to assist with water restoration after major natural disasters.
