Member of several quality teams.Etch / Photo Operator, Fab III: Responsible for chemical etch, exposing, developing of critical processes, inspection, dispositioning. Kept SPC control charts, reacted to out of control conditions. Interfaced with engineering, technicians, and Quality. Trained new and current line personnel in plate and etch operations. Wrote PROMIS MPI (Manufacturing Process Instructions).
