I also served on many committees including College of Law, Trusteeship, and Accreditation. Principle achievements include substantially increasing trustee and alumni giving, enhancement of the Career Center, and participating in the initiation of the university's comprehensive campaign. I now serve as Life Trustee Emeritus.

Notable cases include a defense verdict in a California products liability class action, a successful multi-million dollar claim in London maritime arbitration, and a successful appeal to the United States Supreme Court of an adverse antitrust judgment.
