Fulfilled the role of Scrum Master for the Firmware Verification team. - Established an automated tiered regression testbed for all code changes which resulted in a 75% reduction in code bug escapes to the team’s customers. - Acting as the ‘Face of Firmware Quality’, travelled to customer sites to interact with the customer, hear their quality concerns, and address those concerns via new test development, process improvements, and raising the bar on code quality

Led a team of 8 test engineers responsible for testing of all product release codes. System is currently used as part of the pre and post check-in change validation process.
