With my 14 years of experience in a call centre, I am confident in my ability to become a valuable member of any call centre. Having had several businesses before that I have a good knowledge in how to gain business and keep customers happy. During my business and employment at Foxtel. I have gained strong skills in; working with Word, Excel, to record information and respond to inquiries. I have strong customer liaising skills and high professionalism.As an experienced and dedicated candidate, I welcome the chance to meet new people to discuss how I could transition to a new role. For the last 14 years have worked for Foxtel. Previous to that work as a manager and technician at Best Computers in Burleigh. Now looking for a new role, due to company restructure our department is redundant as of 29th June.
