The site is an approved repairer for a large number of insurance companies, and repairs on average 65-70 cars per week.I am an ATA (Automotive Technician Accreditation) Vehicle Damage Assessor, number AT18080917428 - issued by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) on 15/09/2009.In this position I use the Audatex and Glassmatics estimating systems.I am responsible for repair cost negotiations and customer liaison.Most repair contracts require estimate/invoice matching.My role is central to the achievement of team and branch targets and I have an excellent retail sales record.Prior to my current role, I held estimating positions at other Nationwide (formerly Gemini Accident Repair Centre) branches, as detailed below. During my time at Stratford upon Avon branch, I undertook the Gemini Management Training Programme, which had a 12-month duration and covered all aspects of running a modern vehicle accident repair centre.

I was an early user of video estimating technology.
