Managed Unisys efforts to capture and deliver SBInet program in support of prime contractor. Scope of work included Program Management Office support to prime, Unisys Program Management, system integration, software development, network implementation, operations, and Certification and Accreditation. Unisys deliverables were on time and met all standards of performance. Customs and Border Protection Full BI clearance.

Directed CMMI Level 3 operation providing technical architecture, network engineering and deployment, security services, database and data management, PMO support, and the DHS Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence. Principal clients included ICE, CIS, DHS OCIO, US VISIT, and the Federal Air Marshal Service.

Responsible for IT Infrastructure services for the Office of the CIO, Department of Education, including data center operations, security, configuration management, help desk, technical support, engineering, telecommunications, and project management office.

Infrastructure services included management of a worldwide network with over 200 end-points, support of over 1600 servers and 7 mainframes, Desktop support for 42,000 end users, and a 14,000-call/month Help Desk operation using CMMI Level 5 processes.
