When I was 5 or 6 years old, I learnt about Used Motor Oil and thought to myself that's what your going to do with your life your going to recycle all that Used Oil. Actually my career path did not really go that way, but it 2006 I fell backwards into Western Canadian Used Oil Industry and became completely obsessed with it. In 2006 I met an amazing group of people of Little Dipper Holdings a small Used Oil Collection company. This group of oil recycling misfits eventually doubled the size of their Market share in Alberta. This once small company became a true competitor in the local markets. I was fortunate enough to play many roles throughout this Journey, ranging from Business Development eventually to President & CEO & then to Part Owner. In 2016 I sold my Company to Terrapure Environmental & joined the amazing team at Terrapure as a Commercial Director for Oil Recycling Services. In this role I handle the Commercial Management of Oil Collection & Sales throughout Western Canada. I am drawn to the Strategic planning of the business as well as finding new and exciting ways to grow our Market Share and broadcast our Sustainability benefits. I still believe that my 5 year old self would be proud as I still get to work on strategic ways to Recycle all the oil in Western Canada. My free time is spent with my family, riding every type of bicycle or motorbike imaginable, working on entrepreneurial side gigs and working with dogs as at times I find myself relating more to them then I do with people.
