Supervise, train aircraft and engine records personnel and an aircraft scheduler to stay in compliance with HQ Air Force instructions and practices in support of the 23rd Flight Training Squadron whose mission is to provide initial rotory wing training for US Air Force officers. Platform supported is the TH-1HDuties are:- Train and ensure currency of all assigned aircraft records specialists and schedulers- Ensure compliance with AFI 21-101, AETC Supps and Statement-of-Work- Ensure timely publishing of long range plans to include time change component forecasts, service bulletins, aircraft and engine inspections- Ensure communications flow is continuous with backshop support, aircraft salvage function, and entities of the 58th SOW @ Kirtland AFB, NM- Set and publish local policies for aircraft scheduling, documentation, engine management- Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance and verify completeness of documentation both written and automated- Report aircraft and engine movements to proper authorities- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of historical events to include aircraft flight hours, maintenance, special modifications and depot level guidance.Applications used include:- IMDS- REMIS- CEMS- MSAT - MS Office Apps-DPAS- Proprietory time keeping and overtime reporting software
