• Territory includes Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties with territory sales over 7 million • Average sales growth of 13.8% over the last 10 years• Develop, implement, and achieve the business plan along with distribution• Develop, train and lead distribution sales teams to achieve annual goals• Build and maintain relationships with distribution while protecting PPG profit and policies• Utilize all available data to identify and leverage industry, region and territory specific trends• Effectively negotiate contracts that benefit both the end users and PPG’s bottom line • Leverage competitive analysis in order to sell value over discount• Facilitate effective training to meet the technical needs of distributors and customers
