As an Associate Ombudsman I provide an informal and confidential forum to hear and help address workplace concerns related to the mission, policies, practices, morale, and systemic issues confronting the NGA. I serve as an independent, neutral, informal and confidential conflict resolution practitioner that all employees and external consumers of NGA products, programs, and services, can contact to address the full scope of their concerns.

As a Senior Assistant Ombudsman for the TSA, I provided independent, informal, confidential, and neutral conflict resolution services to employees throughout all of TSA's operating locations and responded to inquiries from the traveling public and other external stakeholders. I compiled metrics and quarterly reports of trends and concerns that were brought to the attention of the Ombudsman Division.

As the Program Director at L. G. Cook 4-H Camp, I developed programs for youth and adults centered on youth development incorporating 4-H values and Rutgers University resources.

As a site director for YMCA Youth Programs I provided leadership and supervision to a YMCA residential camp during the summer months and for YMCA after school programs during the school year.
