CurrentOversees and coordinates contractual relationships for public works projects, professional services, labor/services, and material contracts from development to execution to ensure compliance with Washington State laws and the Public Utility District's governance.• Request bids/quotations, negotiate and develop contracts and/or issue purchase orders for public works projects, professional services, services, and material purchases. • Enforce contract terms and requirements such as bid bonds, performance bonds, prevailing wage requirements, insurance certificates, payments, schedules, and deliveries. • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to maintain an open, fair, and impartial environment for all procurement transactions.• Perform various administrative and purchasing functions to support the efficient operation of purchasing and contracting processes.
