I have been a practicing Lawyer since 1984.My clientele seek my advice principally in the areas of Family Law, Estate and Succession Planning. I am always open to enquires from people seeking legal advice. BACKGROUNDI studied at Adelaide University from 1977 to 1980. I gained my Bachelor of Laws and then undertook one year at the S.A.I.T. where I received a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP).I commenced work in the courts in 1982 where I was an Associate to the Judges of the Supreme Court of South Australia. I worked there for 15 months and then traveled overseas for about a year.Upon my return from overseas I started work at White Berman as a Lawyer. I was admitted to practice in the High Court (and therefore Family Court) in March 1984.I was a partner at White Berman from 1987 until March 2020. We merged with Grant Legal in March and commenced our new business White Berman Grant Legal.
