Responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer account management issues, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profitability, developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives, cultivating new business opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement to achieve sales targets. Additional duties involve forecasting and monitoring key account performance, preparing account status reports, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and thorough manner.
