Summer Research University Experience Scheme:Working in Dr Lin's lab - research focus on olfactory memory coding in Drosophila.Assisting with a PhD project on dendritic tree morphology in Kenyon cells in response to artificial activation.Included maintenance of genetic crosses, Drosophila brain dissection, immunostaining, mounting and imaging, image analysis with ImageJ/FIJI and morphological characterisation.

Working with a team of 12 to maximise engagement in the 2021 Census of England and Wales.Door-to-door visits to assist those who have missed the census deadline to complete their census questionnaire, with explanation that census completion is required by law.
