I am a certified life coach and small business consultant specializing in motivation, accountability and process improvement. My private coaching practice has been helping small business and individuals for the last three years and I produce and co-host the popular mental health podcast called The Davenport Podcast. I recently became certified as a EEO Investigator and am excited to get started connecting with people through this new line of work.Eleven years ago I co-founded a silicone storage products company and I continue to serve as the CEO. The company has grown from a simple product concept to a thriving CPG start up with 4 product lines and wholesale accounts across the world. My daily responsibilities include finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and intellectual property. In the past I worked as a Integration and Sourced-Resource Project Manager at Boeing, a IT Project Manager and Lead Provisioner at Connexion by Boeing, and a Software Development Project Manager and Telecom Provisioner at both Orca Wave and Edge2Net.I am a graduate of University of Washington's Jackson School of International Studies with a BA in Japan Studies and International Trade, and a graduate of Co-Active Training Institute's coach training program.
