• Managed Apprenticeship, Aboriginal Workforce and Temporary Foreign Worker matters.

• Provided strategic Labour/Employee Relations advice to Project Managers and contractors.
• Managed employee conduct, including alcohol and drug issues, through disciplinary processes.
• Assisted with Apprenticeship, Aboriginal Workforce and Temporary Foreign Worker matters.
• Mediated labour disputes, provided Collective Agreement interpretations, grievance advice, and assisted with Health, Safety and Workers’ Compensation concerns.
