• Provided full range of Labour/Employee Relations services to the various business units of the Joslyn North Mine Project. This $10B oilsands construction project involved building a 5,000 employee construction workforce in a managed open site (multi-union and non-union) environment. • Provided Labour/Employee Relations advice and strategy to management and contractors.• Managed workforce conduct through disciplinary processes including alcohol, drug and fitness issues.• Managed Apprenticeship, Aboriginal Workforce and Temporary Foreign Worker matters.• Mediated labour disputes, negotiated Collective Agreements, provided Collective Agreement interpretations and grievance advice, and assisted with Health&Safety, Security and Workers’ Compensation issues. • Managed contract labour including contractor rate-sheet reviews and other contractual matters.• Liaised with government agencies and applied harassment policies
