Produced many records that were played across the world, organised successful parties, bringing in sponsorship from major brands including Adidas, performed and DJ'd in many countries.

Supported the Institute of Education's Education and International Development department and Development Education Research Centre's involvement in the London International Development Centre. Arranged large conferences and events, coordinated and helped to edit academic journals and research papers, managed communications, design and web development.

Oversaw the provision of services representing 25% of the annual spend of the college. Substantially improved efficiency, quality and performance while saving over £500k per year through careful analysis of budgets and services provided and a keen eye for detail - spotted when contractors were overcharging and where resources were best utilised and didn't allow the college, as a major public sector client, to be ripped off.

Responsible for awarding £2m of support to students annually for travel, childcare and equipment and reporting for one in seven of London's EMA students during the Education Maintenance Allowance pilot. Transformed a failing department - payments were made too late to prevent students dropping out, with most payments only processed at the end of the year and the EMA pilot was close to collapsing. By redesigning systems and processes and developing software the department became the most successful of its type and a model for Learner Support in further education - changed the system so that students could request support when enrolling at the college and eligibility could be assessed automatically from documents already shown at enrolment and cheques printed so that students received support during the first week of their courses. Fixed the EMA reporting system by using Excel macros that allowed tutors attendance reports to be automatically merged and submitted to local authorities - this system was extended to the whole of London and meant that the EMA pilot could function as intended: students received £30 in the following week after a week of full attendance at college (prior to this the system was running 12 weeks behind). Reconciled a £2m budget with 20k annual payments to the penny.
