Inspired, created and developed the sustainability programme at MCI; the world largest integrated events, communications and association management company ($500million turnover). Led a team of project managers and consultants across 60+ offices, that implemented a business strategy that achieved significant triple bottom line success and positioned MCI to be an industry leading sustainability pioneer: Developed a management consulting practice that worked globally from board to operational level to deliver sustainability advisory services. Korean, Thai, Singapore and Mexican Governments, UNFCC, UNEP, ISO and GRIKey Achievements- Reduced MCI’s carbon footprint by 20%- Empowered talent to volunteer over 20,000 hours and raise €6million for community and conservation initiatives.- Led teams to win, create and organise over 1000 events about sustainable development, Smart Cities and energy.- Produced over 30 sustainability reports, research papers and publications for MCI, clients and NGOs. - Actively participated in the development and implementation of 7 international and national sustainability standards (ISO, GRI, ASTM), and 3 guidebooks for the UN.
