I lead the Dell Services testing practice for the Middle East region.The operational responsibilities of this role encompass accountability to Dell and to our customers for ensuring all delivery obligations are met within agreed time, cost, resource and success factors.In this area of responsibility I have both direct, on-site, billable accountability for Test Programme delivery and also remote management of testing delivery teams on other customer sites.Highlights of testing delivery scope includes testing in support of a nationwide healthcare CIS solution implementation and rollout Programme and also testing in support of a new hospital development from green-field site to live hospital operation.As part of these responsibilities I undertake the management of all local, deputed and remote resources.Another key component of this role is business development. I provide expert testing support to Dell's commercial teams.This support typically includes leadership of testing solutions to RFPs, tailoring of specific testing solutions for proposal to potential customers and direct potential customer engagement to discuss how they could benefit from Dell testing services.I also provide strategic direction to the testing service line management on the services and delivery models that will best ensure growth targets are met for testing within the region.
