I am an experienced Move Manager & Project and Programme Manager, specialising in move management, office fit-out and refurbishments, stakeholder management, property strategy, team leadership and programme management through my company Stone Ticket Limited.Stone Ticket currently works with a number of prestigious clients including the NHS, Royal College of Art, Blackstone, Norton Rose Fulbright, Corporation of the City of London as well as a number of other Private Sector organisations.Our portfolio includes <10 person moves, property searches and fit outs leading to a wholesale move, right through to large-scale Corporate moves over time - and everything in between.No two projects are the same and we are happy to work in any sector and on any contractual basis - direct, via a Main Contractor or on a Framework, as examples, and are happy to put together and manage a Team or slot in as part of an existing Team.Major projects completed include:• Relocation of DMGT and its stable of Daily & Weekly Newspapers and Magazines• Construction of 4no Modular Operating Theatres at Queen Mary’s Hospital, to deal with Covid backlog• Devised and delivered a new Corporate Estate Strategy for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), including the delivery of 22,000 sqft in Central London and 31,000 sqft in Nottingham• The move of the BBC into its new Central London HQ (6,500 staff)• The relocation of key BBC departments to Salford• The move and consolidation of Hachette UK and its publishers (1,000 staff) from 5 sites to a new HQ in London• The relocation of the Royal College of Art to its new campus in Battersea.   Following management of the highly successful migration into the BBC's flagship headquarters, New Broadcasting House in London, Stone Ticket has worked with a variety of new clients. These include Tesco, the Royal College of Art, The City of London Corporation, University of Westminster, Al Jazeera, Sepura, GHO Capital, New Day and IMG Studios, among others.This range of media, finance, higher education and corporate clients has offered the opportunity to work on projects acting as client-side fitout project manager (Tesco), to the delivery of accommodation rationalisation and office relocations, small and large for many clients.I currently hold framework contracts with the City of London Corporation (Move Partner to their Property rationalisation project team) and with the BBC, acting as Migration Manager in the delivery of their London Property Strategy. Both these contracts have required moves of between 10-450 staff per week and so far, for the BBC alone, I have managed the relocation of more than 4,500 staff in the last 12 months.I am always looking for new opportunities to bring together the perfect team for clients and would always welcome a conversation to that end.
