Chaired the Thousand Oaks Leadership Council, working under the direction of the CEO, to resolve morale issues related to the merger with Sandpiper Networks. Created and managed the Network Operations Center team. Supervised completion of the corporate data center, including UPS, HVAC and fire suppression systems. Result: successful relocation to new data center with less than 4 hours total downtime.
