• Reported to Group CEO & CFO with dual accountability within the FTSE150 £2b B2B and D2C Insurance and Home Emergency Group, as COO for the £320m HES division and Group Commercial Director leading £700m of external.
• Completed strategic options and performance review of this 5 Opco 3400 FTE HES division. Created from 30+ trade supplier acquisitions, growth, margin and customer experience objectives weren’t being met.
• Drove targeted investments across 2 BU’s increasing EBIT by 1.7%, a 3rd BU was divested to LDC with a 4th transitioned to expansion through deployment of a franchise model. The 5th was merged into the core Insurance.
• Grew affinity partner book by 12% and GM 1.5%, while accountable for the UK affinity growth strategy together with bolt on M&A

• Turnaround and growth of 1.1m customer (B2C & B2B) Telco, Broadband & Services provider, followed by sale to Oakley Capital and sucessful earn out.
• Within this 1.1m customer B2B & B2C landline and broadband provider, reversed significant losses, regrew the customer base, increased margin and accelerated product development and new customer acquisition strategies.
• Resolved long standing Ofcom regulator issues, positively resetting the long term relationship..
• Grew net enterprise value by £30m, executed a Private Equity / Oakley Capital backed trade sale, before completing a successful earn out.

• Based in Holland and part of the EMEA senior management team with personal accountability for €120m P&L & €1b spendReporting to the SVP EMEA and responsible for 13 businesses in 9 countries within the €550m 2500 FTE.
• Drove 23% EBITDA increase 2001-4, for EMEA
• For my €120m product line business, grew profits by 9% and revenues by 11% in 2 years.
• Based in Holland, I designed and led the transition of 13 separate acquisitions into a single EMEA operating organisation
• Restructured sales & production planning, warehousing & logistics, procurement, and new product development; transitioning the model from country and BU based to market and product line focused.
