The second half of that hustle is figuring out how to foster and develop those talented people so that we continue to win. That's the grind I enjoy getting behind.At Jones we tripled a wildly successful specialized flatbed brokerage’s revenue from $60mm to over $180mm by acquisition, operational optimization, building inside and outside sales, and by implementing a fast-follower tech strategy. With companies like Parade, RMIS, TMW, HubSpot, 8x8, and many others buttressing our dynamic growth we threaded the needle in the open deck, high service market.At CAT we kickstarted domestic US sales in a successful international outfit as the family-owned company shifted into an acquisitions powerhouse.At Echo we grew a struggling branch from 14 to over 90 people by tacking away from LTL sales into truckload and managed transportation (4PL). That business unit now produces well over $100mm in revenue.At Schneider we killed cradle-to-grave and built the bridge connecting buy side/sell side brokerage, to spectacular results.
