Guy is a Director of BaronCrawford Search. He has substantial experience of recruiting in-house lawyers in the UK and internationally and in a variety of different sectors, focusing particularly on FMCG/retail, Telecoms, Media and Technology as well as Oil and Gas.Prior to starting BaronCrawford Search, Guy was a Managing Consultant in the in-house team of a well respected specialist legal and compliance recruiter where he worked on a broad range of recruitment projects from General Counsel level positions to more junior roles. Before that, Guy worked as a solicitor, training and qualifying at Simmons & Simmons in the commercial and TMT departments and undertaking secondments to the in-house departments of three clients during that time. This experience has proved invaluable, giving him an excellent appreciation of the nature of in-house work and a genuine understanding of his clients' needs.
