As Director of Educational Programs, I develop and provide leadership for the Fraternity’s undergraduate member education programs. Developing curriculum for and overseeing the implementation of the new member entry program (5 day new member education), continuous member education program, Presidents’ Academy and Officers Institute and National Conclave.

As Program Consultant I will be completing the development of our member education programs including the Men of Character program and preparation for professional life beyond college. In collaboration with the Director of Chapter Services I will work to develop a volunteer support program to enhance career opportunities/internship program for our members.

In collaboration with the Director for Membership Education, review all components of new member education and on-going member development programs. Develop rubrics to evaluate educational programs and learning outcomes associated with educational program modules. Provide leadership for the membership education committee in developing on-going membership education programs that include self-assessment and career development modules.

As the Assistant Director of Assessment I assist the Director of Assessment in the development, administration and implementation outcomes assessment, program evaluation and strategic planning projects, and staff development initiatives for the Division of Student Affairs.Within the division I work closely with Student Affairs directors and the division-level assessment and strategic planning committees to develop comprehensive plans for assessment of learning outcomes that will serve to inform programs, services and resources. I manage the day-to-day operations and serve as a point of contact to division staff for WEAVE, CampusLabs and Qualtrix assessment software programs. Coordinate with the Director to identify training and staff development needs of student affairs staff and workshop development.

As Assistant Director for Career Development and Internships I facilitate the internship process by working with students, faculty and employers while directing the planning process and administering outreach programs for internships, long-term career planning and career development.

Provide the leadership and management for the Towson University Career Center offering career development programs and services to 21,000 students. Facilitate linkages between The Career Center and career related programs and services provided by the academic colleges. Manage budgets, supervise staff, develop policies and strategic plans and market programs and services to students, alumni, employers and the University community.

Served as part of a senior management team responsible for coordinating the operation of a comprehensive Career Center serving more than 10,000 students annually. Supervised staff, maintained budget, and coordinated the on-campus recruitment program.

Provided career and academic advising to 500 full and part-time students enrolled in the MBA program.
